Built from decades of turning complex operations into repeatable systems
LaunchAnAEO was founded by an entrepreneur whose career has repeatedly centred on the same principle: when a complex business process can be understood, measured and systemised, it can be improved and scaled.
That experience began in large-scale hospitality and licensed-trade operations before developing into stock auditing, multi-site business management and the creation of purpose-built operational systems.
The founder went on to build and help operate businesses responsible for approximately 100–150 licensed premises across the UK, working with some of the country's largest pub companies. The operating model depended on consistent processes, financial control, management information and the ability to take control of complex sites at very short notice.
Long before modern SaaS platforms became commonplace, bespoke Excel-based systems were being developed to automate stock valuation, revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, purchasing controls and management reporting.

LaunchAnAEO is owned and commercially operated by OPTIMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD.
Agency Hub, Agency Blueprint, Brand Studio, CRMPlus and SeenAndCited are software products owned by EU Systems Ltd and supplied within, or integrated with, the LaunchAnAEO offering.
SeenAndCited remains a separate EU Systems Ltd product and, after the LaunchAnAEO introductory period, continues under its own subscription.
The result is a connected operating environment without blurring the ownership or purpose of the individual products.
